Android Android is N Nougat – Computer World

Google was revealed that the new version of Android (previously
 tentatively as N) would be called Nougat. Recall – company
 for the first time decided to make public fun of inventing
 the name of the new version of the operating system, while well
 knowing that Internet does not merely already threadbare joke
  “Namey McNameface” .

Nougat defeated, among others, as beverage names, which
  Nutter Butter, Nutella and Necco Wafers . appeared
 Even option Fri. “Nerds”, which unfortunately did not win the contest.
 Interestingly, Google initially suggested that the new version of Android
 You will probably be called Nutella. It’s just not surprising,
 given that Google has already won a contract with Nestle and
 your Android KitKat.

Nougat will be released later this year , but not
 We know exactly when. This will probably be a full-fledged
 iteration of the system, which is version 7.0.
