BlackBerry Messenger will be useful primarily to people who have used once (or use now) phones RIM. They will be able to use your old BlackBerry ID, and after logging normally use the application. If you are not of you use ever of BB Messenger, you must sign up on the waiting list and be patient. That’s not very convincing way to encourage us to use the service, but probably done in order to avoid overloading the servers in the first day of release. Thanks to this “old” application users will be able to use it in the first place.
