1. QuickOffice
There are many office software for Android, but in our opinion, QuickOffice is the best choice for people who run a business. The application is of course compatible with Microsoft Office, so edit documents created in Word or Excel (or their quick preview) does not make any problem.
Alternative : Microsoft Office for Android
2. Google Drive
Storage in the Cloud is becoming a requirement and not just about keeping your business. Thanks to the virtual disk from Google, all the documents that are in your computer, are also available from your phone. Note: The application requires a client installed on your computer.
Alternative: Dropbox
3. Microsoft Remote Desktop
Some programs will not run on your phone. However, you can use it to get remote access to your PC and a little less komforowych conditions to run or make a change in the application installed on the computer that was in our office.
4. Evernote
Sooner or later, everyone who runs a business discovers that instant opportunity to create a business meeting notes, or quickly check on a previously created document is extremely useful. Evernote is currently the best application created for this purpose.
5. Cloud Print
The latest version of Android – 4.4 KitKat natively offers wireless access to printers, fact. However, most Android phones in our country still runs on older versions of Google, which is why Cloud Print application remains quite popular. Thanks to it, you can print directly from your smartphone, without turning on your computer.
