Android KorBanker: update – Telix.pl

A year has passed since the discovery of malicious Android KorBanker, which is used to steal sensitive data from the user’s bank account. FireEye Labs Laboratory carefully analyzed the malicious application with access to one of the many CnC servers, which use KorBanker.

On the basis of available data, it was found that the largest number of devices has been infected with this malicious application in Korea South. However, the final wider campaign KorBankera was recorded over a month ago – on August 1, when it had been infected more than 1700 devices.
