Today, Facebook has introduced new tools that allow you to further customize the displayed contents to the needs and interests of people using the portal.
These actions are a continuation of the changes presented by Facebook last year that allow more control over what users see in the News.
Option “See First” allows you to select certain persons and parties that will appear in the stream first. This will allow people to self-determine which contents are most important to them.
In addition, based on past user preferences (including the liking of and comments), the portal will offer more pages artists, publishers, or companies that may be of interest to the person.
Today’s update also introduces a list of people and pages visible in the News over the past week. If published by the activity are not interesting, the list will allow a rapid way of observing disable the account.
A new way to control the news will be available from today for iOS devices. The update for Android devices and on the desktop will appear in the coming weeks.
