I have a problem with KitKat on the new tablet. After upgrading from 4.2 changed the layout of the icons on the bottom black bar (house, windows, zgłaśnianie etc). Apart from the fact that there are too many and it would be good to dump something, it also changed the order which brings the user to the crazy. Is it somehow can be changed?

P.S. I was updating because I was hoping that it would begin to accept miniSD cards with the system other than FAT. Sorry ass: FAT32 only. It is impossible to get around?
