SteelSeries shows Stratus XL – Wireless Controller for … – PCLab.pl

SteelSeries, a manufacturer of professional gaming gear, today introduced a new version of the wireless controller Stratus XL, designed for the Windows and Android. From now on, players can enjoy wireless gameplay via Bluetooth to a PC, Android devices, Amazon Fire TV, Ouya, and many others.

Microsoft XInput, Stratus XL will run on a PC just like a console controller. SteelSeries through free software, players can customize the settings of buttons, knobs sensitivity level or move the axes.

Stratus XL shape and size refers to the standard console controllers; It uses an 8-way D-pad, two precision, clickable analog sticks, four action buttons and four buttons on the back of the controller, including two buttons and two analogue triggers. Stratus XL is also equipped with four LEDs that indicate the battery level. For optimum ease of use of the controller, three centrally placed buttons allow for quick navigation in games and in the manner Steam Big Picture Mode. The Bluetooth connection will connect to even more players into one game. Stratus XL is powered by AA batteries which will last for about 40 hours electronic entertainment.

Support for so many platforms, devices and games on Google Play Store and Steam, makes Stratus XL for Windows and Android is the most versatile wireless controller on the market today. Among the supported titles include m.in .: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt , Grand Theft Auto V, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Outlast, The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, Killing Floor 2 , Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, or ARK: Survival Evolved.

Stratus XL for Windows and Android will be available in stores in early July this year, with a suggested retail price of approx. 260 PLN. More information can be found on http://steelseries.com.
