Prime BBM on iOS and Android platforms planned for the summer - Telix.pl

Blackberry company has announced plans to make summer groundbreaking mobile social network BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) users with iOS devices and Android. It is planned to support iOS6 version and Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and above, and the implementation depends on the approval of the application by the stores Apple App Store and Google Play.

Fast and reliable BBM sets the standard for mobile messaging, offering information about the delivery status and read e-mail, personalized profiles and avatars. BBM users will now be able to add them as friends of family members and friends who use other platforms.

Company also announced today launch of BBM Channel – a new social platform within BBM through which users can connect to each other with important companies, brands, celebrities and groups. BlackBerry plans to add support for BBM channels and voice and video chat on iOS and Android platforms this year as well. This depends on the approval of the stores Apple App Store and Google Play.
