Although Samsung Note II premiere took place more than two years ago (December 2012), the manufacturer continues to support this model. Then came the official announcement that will be introduced to update your version of Android 5.0 Lollipop. Previously, Samsung also announced updates to Note 3 and 4.

Amazing news is that the manufacturer gives support to the model of having a little more than two years !? What it has been, for CE devices have sometimes support and after eight years, symbianowce usually after 4-5 years, maemo5 has the support of the sixth year, of which the second is to support the community.

1. CE is already a monument, the latest version came out five years ago …
2. While the CE was on top (ie, about 10 years ago) the subsequent devices popping up at intervals of approx. 3 years, today the new versions of the equipment appear every year.
It is important that the manufacturer of the device supports not only the current version or previous but even older … usually is not that how it goes next version of previous support yet for about 6-12 months maximum.

So it was, but Symbian device you can say “individual case” – the now almost extinct. Most manufacturers have 2-3 such facilities on offer and at the end, so they had to support it because it was a long time the next version.
