More than a billion people are using smartphones with Android. Smartphones today have more computing power than the computers with which we used only a few years ago.

 Many of you use smartphones and tablets as a tool – check their e-mails, edit documents, look through the various files. For most employees, smartphones and tablets are still too little use at work, and their potential in the workplace remains undiscovered. To help you make the most efficient use of all its features, Google Android for Work starts – an initiative that will help accelerate the deployment of Android in your workplace

 Android for Work consists of 4 main components:

•  Profiles created to work on the basis of the default encryption solutions that improve SELinux encryption and support for multiple users on Android 5.0, Lollipop. The result was a separated profile to work, which protects user data.
• IT departments can create dedicated applications for business purposes, which are separated from the application of private users. In turn, users can securely access their personal applications, with the assurance that their employer does not have access to them.
   
• Application Android for Work that Google has created for devices with Android Ice Cream Sandwich versions and KitKat or those that do not support profiles to work. With it, you can safely use e-mail, calendar, contacts, documents, and browser. The whole thing can be easily managed by IT administrators.
   
• Google Play for Work enables companies to securely deploy and manage applications from Google Play or customization of applications developed in the company, making it easier to distribute among employees.
   
• Built-in tools for the job is a set of business applications used in daily work, the use of e-mail, contacts and calendar with Exchange services, and Notes. It also allows you to edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
