Android N of the auto-update feature – Onet.pl

Android has for years been criticized for excessive fragmentation of the market, to which it contributes, in part, Google itself, and partly also the manufacturers of mobile devices. The result is that while there are many different versions of the system, and users of smartphones have to wait months for an update for equipment owned by them.

Android N, the latest version of the mobile operating system, is designed in such a way as to reduce market fragmentation mentioned. Google just announced that the new version will be equipped with auto-update system, which alone will fetch in the background all the available patches, both official as well as from operators. With this solution, each time you start your smartphone, all updates will be ready to use.

This is a much convenient than previously used, and at the same time should be much better to provide users with any new system updates.
