Bloomberg reports that Google is waiting for further inspection Antitrust . Due to possible violations of the law by a browser tycoon interested in a Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice, and the whole matter of concern is primarily the Android operating system. At the moment, however, control has not been confirmed by any of the above entities.

Google as a company dominates the market for mobile operating systems and search engines very often accused is monopolistic practices. For a long time activities of the company looks at, among others, European Commission. The Russians recently discovered that Google is guilty of abuse of a dominant market position. It seems that even the American authorities have decided to inspect the company from Mountain View.

Sources Bloomberg claim that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Department of Justice have reached an agreement on Google’s verification activities in the United States . The main objection to the browser-based giant will be promoting their services on Android and restrict access to the products of other manufacturers. The investigation was yet to move and it is unclear whether the case against Google at all will be brought.

It is worth noting that the FTC had already carried out an investigation related to violations of antitrust law by the company from Mountain View. Then, too, this applied to Android. By a vote of 5: 0 was rejected but the start of proceedings and the investigation was closed. On the other hand, the FTC has identified a case concerning fraud in connection with an incorrect settlement of unauthorized transactions made by children in applications bought from mobile platforms. Google, Amazon and Apple have been forced to change its Rules of Procedure, as well as return the money needed. In Europe, while the company must explain with its strategy sharing software packages, such as YouTube, Google Maps and Chrome.

It’s hard to say how things will turn out and whether the company from Mountain View has cause for concern. Android is the most popular operating system in the United States – is located on 59.3 percent of smartphones. It is no wonder that there are suspicions about the use of the illegal practices of the market leader in terms of competition.
