The device is powered by the AC adapter, also in the EU version. The set is working on an infrared remote control, powered by two AAA batteries (not included). In a simple remote control we have several buttons that quickly move us to a particular section (MEDIA MUSIC WEB APP), the back button, menu and home screen, as well as job simulations mouse, but is rather a clumsy solution.

Starting Android, during which you can see the logo GoogleTV takes 34.5s. The time and date is taken from the network, but when there is no connection with it, and it happens that Beelink lost Wi-Fi, the system remembers the pre-set date and time, and always shows outdated. It was only while connected to the Internet updates the date and time. A little look at the imperfections of the system. The software update is done online, the current version is 5.1.1 (Lollipop) API level 22 (kernel: Linux 3.14.29). Normally after the first launch of the device is uploaded several applications, including two Chinese, who immediately went to the basket. With significant appek an Overlay KODI after the update version 16.0-Beta3 and video player movieplayer. Support for 4K in this edition KODI, however, is weak, so we will test for players movieplayer and MX Player.

After plugging the HDMI to the TV UHD can be set in the properties screen resolution 4K2K in several versions refresh rate: from 24 to 60Hz and SMPTE. If you set the example. 4K2K-60Hz and we’ll let the video encoded at 24fps that we scale the image up to 60 fps. Sound selection can be automatic (it’s better not set) or PCM, HDMI, and SPDIF. In tests I used the SPDIF connection with a set of supporting 5.1 Dolby Digital and DTS.
