Lark begins selling a new series of tablets called Ultimate 8i. The manufacturer has prepared two versions of the device, offering different operating systems, so that supporters of both Android and Windows will find something for themselves.

Both devices are equipped with 8-inch screen is based on IPS technology with a resolution of 800×1280 pixels. Their heart is, however, a quad-Z3735G Intel Atom processor and 1GB of RAM.

Tablet codenamed Ultimate 8i runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. The second one is based on Windows 8.1. In addition, it has a built-in 3G module, which allows mobile Internet access anywhere in the world. Users working on documents you will appreciate the fact that an integral part of this system is annual, free subscription to Office 365 applications (for home users), provides access to applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Both devices offer 16 GB of flash memory. Both tablets have a number of media modules, also in expanding capabilities of the device. Two cameras (front and rear) allow both to capture images, as well as conduct video conversations through instant messaging. While built-in Bluetooth allows pairing with headphones, speakers, or even whole sets of hi-fi, allowing the tablet turns into a multimedia entertainment center.

Tablets supplies the lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh, which will provide devices to 9 hours continuous operation.
